Responsibility： 1. Actively seeking and identifying effective customers; 2. Promote Youyi Aviation products and related services; 3. Participate in Trade show and industry activities on behalf of Uwing Aviation; 4. Analyze opportunities, formulate and propose appropriate solutions; 5. Write a proposal and respond to the RFP (Request For Proposal); 6. Negotiate, sign contracts, and complete sales to achieve assigned sales performance goals; 7. Utilize and collaborate with Youyi Aviation's regional sales resources to develop market opportunities; 8. Cooperate with the marketing department of Youyi Airlines to develop a comprehensive Marketing plan and support the implementation of marketing actions in the region; 9. This position requires candidates to be self driven and able to work independently to achieve sales goals. This will require people to be willing to travel globally and work diligently to achieve their goals (sometimes overtime is inevitable). 10. Responsible for managing the sales team, leading the team to achieve sales goals, and responsible for the final sales performance. Requirement： 1. Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with aviation industry institutes, airlines, aviation schools, aviation training and operation units, higher education institutions, and upstream and downstream enterprises; 2. Have good industry connections and rich project experience; 3. Can quickly and accurately grasp customer needs and lead the team to develop solutions 4. Good communication and leadership skills, able to organize and coordinate teams to achieve performance goals; 5. Good English proficiency, no lower than CET6 or IELTS 6.5 in college English, English major level 8 is preferred.
